Purchasing rules

1. Products order

1.1 Agreement is deemed in force, from the moment, when customer selects desired itemsin online shop, formed shopping cart fill all the requested information and click on the button "send order".

1.2 At the time of ordering submited information are protecting in Seller database.

1.3 Seller in package to Buyer submit account and other belonging documents.

2. Buyer rights and responcibilities

2.1 The Buyer at the time of ordering must submit correct it identifiable information for the Seller.

2.2  In order box the Buyer selected „I agree with a rules“ and clicked button „Send order“, confirmed, what with these conditions has been accessed and commit follow them.

2.3 The Buyer can return product or change it to another product within 14 days from products delivery day, under „Things return and exchange rules“ (confirmed by LR Minister of Economy order „For the things return and exange confirmation“ 2001 y. June 29 d. Nr. 217).

3. The Seller's rights and responsibilities

3.1 The Seller commit to the Buyer order his ordered products, wich is in his shopping cart.

3.2 The Seller commit to ensure confidentialy the Buyers information entrusted to him and not to transmit her to third parties without the Buyers aceptance, without law provided cases.

3.3 The Seller commits to accept the returned products and return money or exchange products to other, if the Buyer returns products within 14 days from products ordered day. Delivery cost amount is not repaid.

4. Payment

This payment way is longer and depends from the time of the day, which time You vykdÄ—te bank transfer and bank's, from whose and to which, paying. Maximal money inclusion period - 2 working days. Without bank transfer within 7 working days the order is canceled.

4. Cash, withdrawing product in our shop.

5. Delivery

5.1 The Seller ordered products deliver to the Buyer indicated adress.

5.2 Product's delivery price depends from product's weight and are added to the total shopping cart amount.

5.3 The Seller products deliver only received the Buyers payment in point 4.1. choosed payment case.

5.4 Products deliver delivery company courier, who conected with the Seller for the exact delivery time the Buyer indicated phone. The Buyer response by himself, what time of delivery he will be in delivery location.

6. Terms of delivery

6.1 Products for the Buyer deliver within 2-3 working days after the payment will be received.

6.2 If the Seller don't have ordered products in the warehouse, he about this inform the Buyer by telephone or e-mail and indicate, how much will have wait for ordered product.

7. Warranty Service

7.1 The Seller give guarantee for some products. For VIDO.AT products is giving 1 yoers guarantee. For other products – 14 days guarantee. Guarantee period begin to count from order delivery day.

7.2 Faulty product is exanging to analogous high-quality product or money will be refunded.

8. Products exchange

8.1 Sold faulty products is exchanging, returning under national law (Ministry of Economy 2001y. August 17 d. commandment Nr. 258 “Items sell and services, when agreements are awarded using communications tools, rool's” set order. It means product must be unused, intact and not lost presentation look).

8.3 Product delivery costs is not returned.

8.4 If the Buyer gets faulty or during transportation damaged product, the Buyer has the right:

(In accordance with the „ Items returning and exanging rules“ papproved LR Ministery of Economy order „For items returning and exanging rules approval“ 2001 y. June 29 d. Nr. 217).

9. Privacy policy

9.1 Buyer's personal information wil not be used for illegal purposes.

9.2 The Seller not share the Buyer's data or personal information to the third parties, unless it will be requested by a law.

9.3 The Buyer acept, what the Seller used the Buyers information for direct marketing purposes. If the Buyer not required, the Seller will not send for the Buyer electronic news, exept the customer order information, that is necessary to know.
